D&J Catering is one of the industry’s leading public caterers at events nationwide. With over 3 decades of experience within the events industry, we strive to create long-lasting relationships with both traders and promoters. We are not just about festivals; we work with many events and sporting stadiums throughout the UK providing outside catering options.
OUR RETAIL
As well as being one of the largest food concessions management companies in the UK we also have our own fleet of outlets and an entire operations team who support at all the events. Our fleet consists of multi-purpose-built outlets; from food trailers, multi-purpose containers/build ups. D&J set the standards for quality of product and customer experience.
OUR STAFF
Our staffing management team ensures that all units are staffed appropriately according to the event and requirements of the outlet. Our staff have relevant training to ensure we provide the highest standards of service and food hygiene.
All supervisors hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, and the majority of our staff hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification too. There is a minimum of one supervisor per outlet to ensure food hygiene is to the highest level. We ensure these standards are adhered to by our subcontractors as well.

We work alongside these prestigious clubs and venues to deliver a variety of food and requirements for all their match day and public events. We have worked with Donington Park alone for over 35 years. All these relationships are based around long-standing contracts and partnerships.
